The customer required an advanced chatbot that could effectively manage investments and legacy information. The main requirements were tools to maintain and distribute legacy data, functionality to assist stock transactions and provide predictions based on past data, and a safe and easy-to-use authentication system for chatbot access. The client additionally asked for the ability to conduct charity endeavors and to store all financial and personal data in a secure manner. The objective was to develop a complete solution that guarantees data security and user pleasure while streamlining legacy maintenance and investment decisions.
Users enter the amount they wish to invest. Users confirm their investment, and the bot calculates the number of shares that can be purchased.
Legacy Overview: Users can view a list of nominees who have received shares of their legacy.
Login: Users log in with a username and password. Registration: New users create an account using an email address, username, and password.
Charity Details: Users input charity information and complete a form, which is then stored securely.
Historical Data: The bot uses historical stock data to predict future performance.
Users specify whether they want to share their legacy with a child or another individual. The bot assists users in filling out the necessary details.

he project commenced with a detailed planning phase, where clear objectives and project scope were established through in-depth discussions with the client.
These discussions ensured a comprehensive understanding of the client’s specific needs. Key milestones were set to guide the project through its various stages. Copilot Studio was chosen for its robust features, making it an ideal platform for developing the chatbot.
During this phase, decisions were made to integrate the Nasdaq API for real-time stock data and machine learning models for stock predictions, ensuring the chatbot would deliver precise and timely information.
The build phase focused on turning the vision into reality. The initial steps involved implementing secure authentication processes to safeguard user data.
With these foundational elements in place, the development team created the core features of the chatbot, such as stock purchasing and legacy management functionalities.
The integration of the Nasdaq API enabled the chatbot to provide up-to-date stock information, while machine learning models were employed to predict future stock performance.
Additional features, including charitable donations and legacy sharing, were also developed. The design emphasis throughout this phase was on crafting a user-friendly and engaging interface to enhance the overall user experience.
A rigorous testing process was undertaken to ensure the chatbot functioned as intended.
Components were individually tested to confirm their proper operation, followed by integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between features.
User acceptance testing (UAT) involved real users engaging with the chatbot to verify that it met their needs and expectations.

Following successful testing, the chatbot was rolled out to a selected group of users for initial feedback.
This phase involved close monitoring of the chatbot’s performance and collecting feedback to identify any issues or areas for enhancement. Adjustments were made based on this feedback to optimize functionality and user experience.
After the official launch, ongoing support was provided to address any emerging issues and to ensure the chatbot continued to meet user needs effectively.
