Eligibility for Refund

QServices takes each project exceptionally seriously and ensures that it is handled properly so that the client receives the desired outcome following the proposal’s terms and conditions. For example, suppose a client is unhappy with the product and has gone through the dispute resolution procedure. In that case, we will review refund requests according to the schedule below, including the services and our refund policies for each service.

Delivery Time

Reimbursement claims should only be filed if we cannot reach a mutually satisfactory solution.

Full refund if a project has not been initiated or the initial design style is not approved. 

Suppose we fail to deliver as per our delivery policy after the early design style is accepted. In that case, we should issue a fractional refund as per the proportion of the completed work.

If we have completed the project and uploaded it on a server, there are no refunds can be entertained. 

Web Programming

Full refund if the project is beginning yet. 

There is a contract for every web programming project. The following delivery policy will apply in the absence of an agreement and explicit mention of the return policy.

If the project is not finished according to the delivery policy and contract, a partial refund will be given at the discretion of the service provider. This will be computed based on the percentage of the project completed by QServices Inc. and the percentage of the project that remains to be conducted according to the project’s pre-defined scope.

Please note that QServices Inc.’s delivery guarantee is subject to the following conditions: Full refund if the programmer/designer/content writer/SEO expert (or any other resource/staff) has not begun the project.

If the client chooses to withdraw the order at any moment, the proportionate amount will be returned.

There will be no refunds for days when the resource has already worked. If a client is dissatisfied with the work at any time, he must contact our Project Manager immediately and request obligations for job loss reductions. Any similar discussion at a later time will be unacceptable.

Processing of Refunds

Within five business days of the cancellation date, refunds will be processed, mailed, and issued using the same method of payment as the original (refund by check or refund to credit card).
